I'm pretty sure this box of tarts from George Brown College was $4. They (fern tart, butter tart, lemon cream, key lime) were all delicious. No, I didn't eat all of them either. Geez. I made a special stop on the subway and then got on a streetcar to give some to my friend Sara and then I brought the rest over to my mother's for dessert.

This is a lasagna I made for a lab class. I used pasta verde and made me a nice meat sauce. Parmesan, mozzarella and ricotta of course.

Also, why not some delicious Chinese things from Ding Dong Bakery on Spadina? Red bean and green bean cakes. I like the red bean better, it's more moist and delicious.

aaand some more pastries from my college. $3 for this box. I just tried some of that strange, long apple covered thing. It's quite tasty.

Can you tell me what the tarts in the first photo were baked in? I've never seen that shape.
I want to try desserts with red bean paste / salted egg yolks, so I will pay you to bring me some mmkay?
I want lasagneeyah now
The tarts were made in some sort of stiff, fluted brown paper cups. I don't know much about them.
And yes I will bring you many things from Chinese bakeries if you want.
I wonder what the shelf life of those baked goods would be... do you know whether you're able to come here for Boxing Day?
